An offer deadline allows all potential buyers in the marketplace the opportunity to view the property without the pressure of having to submit an offer the day a property hits the market for fear of losing out.
The deadline date is selected by the seller based on market activity, price range and the seller's timeline for selling and moving.
The seller reviews all bids after the offer deadline has passed and makes a decision regarding the offers received.
If no bid is deemed acceptable to the seller in their sole opinion, the property moves to "Offers Reviewed Daily" status.
